Meet Chef Craig

 

I am a Certified Executive Chef (American Culinary Federation) I am a graduated of the Cincinnati Culinary Academy and Attended the Culinary Institue of America for Baking and Pastry. I am very passionate about all ares of culinary arts. I had the oppurtunity to Bake in. Paris France and travel to China with a team of chefs from Willam and Mary to cook some American Cuisine. I worked as a campus Executive Chef at the University of Mary Washington there I created and executed a covid 19 playbook and meus for the safety of the students. I worked as a catering Execttive Chef at the College of Willam and Mary where I cooked meals for the president of the college and her guest, to Include actress Glenn Close , CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, Senator Mark Wark Warner. Former FBI Director James B Comey. . I worked in many areas in food service from public schools to Universities and many private dinners and catering events. for me cooking is my passion everyday I get to create and work in a industry where it does not feel like work. Enjoying what I love to do and also bring joy to others. I may have started my culinary journey in culinary schools but the true education was the many reastaurants and hotels I worked. I grew up watching the cajun chef Paul Prudomme who once told me to love to cook food and people will love food you cook.
