Chef Craig at an early age loved watching his aunt and grandma cook New Orleans Cuisine, but found his inspiration to become a chef when he started working in kitchens after his undergraduate studies. He studied at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America where he obtained his Associates. He went on to become a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Executive Pastry Chef, Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Foundation Instructor, member of American Culinary Foundation, and Executive Chef at Sodexo International. Over the last 20+ years he's had the pleasure of cooking for Beyonce, JAY-Z, President George W. Bush, CNN’s Anderson Cooper, and more!!
