Homemade Meals Without the Hassle

The UGE Mission

UGottaEat is dedicated to connecting friends, families and their communities with home cooked meals, and meals made from scratch through local home cooks, chefs, and caterers.

UGE's Higher Mission

According to Feeding America, an estimated 70-billion pounds of food is wasted each year in the United States. This means, 40% of food in the US goes to waste, yet 1 in 8 Americans face hunger. At UGottaEat, we strive to strengthen families & communities by reducing food waste and make sure that everyone eats.

Physical

A smart indicator of health is to ask yourself if you have the energy to accomplish whatever you desire. Staying active and eating fresh foods improve the energy in our bodies and lead to a healthier and happier life. Studies show that sedentary lifestyles, processed food and inflammation in the body significantly contribute to chronic disease.

Mental

Mindful eating brings awareness to our relationship to food, and helps to make optimal choices for our bodies. The mind and body are cause and effect. Your mind makes the choices that effect the status of your body. Conscious Eating improves the mind/body relationship. Ultimately awareness brings appreciation and fulfillment.
