Pricing: Delivery starts at $3.99. Additional $2.00 will be added to orders if your location is approximately 3 miles or more from the restaurant within delivery area. |

Delivery Wait Time: Same day deliveries average 45 - 60 minutes from the time your order is placed. Other factors may effect your estimated delivery time such as traffic, road conditions, distance from restaurant, etc. Please be assured we are doing everything possible to make your experience with us both reliable and remarkable and will alert you to any delays. You may also place an advance order. |

Catering Available: Catering drop off is available for your corporate and social event planning needs from almost any UGottaEat.com partnered restaurant. If the restaurant does not have a catering menu available call UGottaEat.com for a custom catering order. Bear in mind that most catering orders require extra time to prepare - plan to place these orders at least 24 - 48 hours in advance if possible. |

Advance Orders: Yes, if you need to place your order ahead of time you can either tell your Catering Specialist over the phone or note it in the special instructions box when entering your contact info during checkout via the online ordering system. - i.e.: “Please deliver at noon on 01/01/2011”.
A UGottaEat.com Customer Service Rep will call to confirm your delivery the night before or morning of delivery. Please be aware that any special instructions that change the actual order in any way may be disregarded. |

Tipping your mobile waiter: Customary 15 - 20% gratuity is appreciated. Please consider your driver must cover high gas and vehicle maintenance costs when tipping your driver. There is an automatic 15% gratuity applied to all catering orders ($75+) with 100% of the tip going to your mobile waiter. |

Any additional restaurants or caterers available?: We are constantly looking to add to our vendor list. If your favorite restaurant or caterer is not partnered with UGottaEat.com talk to the manager or owner and let them know you would like to them to sign up so you can have your favorite foods delivered through your UGottaEat.com. The restaurant owner /manager may not know you need this convenience available and is looking for customer feedback otherwise.
